Impressive as these pictures might be… women in Northern India earn their living hard working as beasts for road construction …

Intended road construction though… so parallel to Penelope’s pretended weaving, waiting for Ulysses…, in an Odyssey’s task…

Next rainfall, will get rid of hand-made embankment, will collapse hand-made retaining wall, will block hand-made water drainage…  Then, back again… 

Unfortunatelly, road will never be ended-up...

We, "in our myopic view" may not understand this is a way for integration, not just the mere fact that salary is less than a liter of petrol… or perhaps that allocated budget has vanished, nobody knows how...

In the absence of nurserys, women kids spend long sultry day hours in the shade of an umbrella, while their mother endeavor their strenuous workday…

Men not just watching the scene... Harder stone chipping task is estrusted to them... Equipped with a sledgehammer, they spend their day hitting rock blocks with which to make concrete... to hand-make concrete, of course...

No room here for thoughts and reflections... Anybody can have its own... Isn't it...?
